The key imaging findings for diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma

肝細胞癌は原発性悪性肝腫瘍として最も頻度が高く，我が国における腫瘍死の原因の第5位を占めている。肝細胞癌の診断は背景肝疾患や血清腫瘍マーカーなどの臨床情報を元に，血流画像を中心とした複数の画像所見の組み合わせにより総合的に行われる。肝細胞癌は様々な組織像を反映した多彩な画像所見を呈し，他の結節性病変との鑑別に難渋することもまれではない。本稿では肝細胞癌に特徴的なCTおよびMRI所見のバリエーションについて，症例を提示しながら解説する。

Hepatocellular carcinoma（HCC）shows various imaging features reflecting the histological findings, such as stages of multistep hepatocarcinogenesis, histological subtypes and invasion patterns. The diversity of imaging sometimes causes the difficulty in discrimination from the other nodular lesions. This article reports the characteristic variation of dynamic CT and Gd-EOB-DTPA enhanced MR imaging, which help the diagnosis of HCC.
