保存的に経過観察しえた肝副葉茎捻転と思われる1例

A case of torsion of an accessory liver lobe treated conservatively

肝副葉は肝の形態異常の一つである。その多くは無症状で経過するが，まれに肝副葉茎捻転を起こし外科的切除の適応となることがある。今回，我々は画像で診断し，保存的に経過観察しえた肝副葉茎捻転と思われる1例を経験したので報告する。

We report a case of torsion of an accessory liver lobe treated conservatively in a 60 years old female. Contrast enhanced CT showed a well-circumscribed mass on the lateral segment of liver. There was a twisting pedicle between the liver and the mass. MRI revealed the Glisson’s capsule or hepatic vein in the mass. We diagnosed it as torsion of an accessory liver lobe with the images. We treated her conservatively, because her symptoms were getting well spontaneously.
