Imaging signs of musculoskeletal disorders

骨軟部領域においても画像診断のサインは多く知られている。今回はCT，MRIで使用されるサインと単純X線撮影のサインであるがCT，MRIが診断に有用である疾患を取り上げ，サインの由来，サインの理解に必要な解剖，適応される疾患と病態，鑑別診断などを合わせて解説する。

In this article, we presented useful imaging signs for diagnosing vertebral facet dislocation, muscular sarcoidosis, tarsal coalition, myxofibrosarcoma, slipped capital femoral epiphysis, subacute osteomyelitis, and vertebral hemangioma. We demonstrated typical images with explanation for each sign including its origin, related anatomy, indications, differential diagnosis, and limitations.
