若年女性外陰部から懸垂性に発育したaggressive angiomyxomaの1例

A case of large aggressive angiomyxoma hanging down from the vulva

aggressive angiomyxoma（AAM）は若年女性の外陰部や骨盤部に好発するまれな軟部腫瘍で，術前の診断はしばしば困難であるとされる。今回，その中でもまれとされる懸垂性に発育したAAMの症例を経験したので報告する。

Aggressive angiomyxoma（AAM）is a rare soft tumor of the female external genitalia and pelvic space. We report a more unusual case of AAM which descend from external genitalia. A teenage girl with a soft tumor of the rt. external genitalia. Because of tumor growth she visited our hospital. The tumor was resected and histologically diagnosedas AAM.
