111In-pentetreotideにて集積を認めた前立腺癌の1例

A case of prostate cancer with accumulation in 111In-Pentetreotide

前立腺癌で神経内分泌分化が予後不良を示す報告がある^1）2）。また，神経内分泌腫瘍に対して用いられる検査として，ソマトスタチン受容体を標的とした¹¹¹In-pentetreotideがある。初発時は典型的な前立腺癌（腺癌）と診断され，経過中に神経内分泌分化を生じたと考えられる症例に¹¹¹In-pentetreotideを施行し有用であったので報告する。

A man in 70’s was diagnosed prostatic adenocarcinoma. He received maximum androgen blockade（MAB）therapy and external irradiation with 70Gy. After three years later, His prostate specific antigen（PSA）was elevated. CT showed left iliac enlarged lymph nodes. He restarted MAB therapy, but PSA was elevated. ¹¹¹In-pentetreotide scintigraphy showed high accumulation to left iliac lymph nodes. We diagnosed metastases of the prostate cancer with neuroendocrine differentiation.
