胸部X線におけるカテーテル，チューブ類の留置位置および合併症

Normal position and complications related with the lines and tubes on the chest radiographs

胸部X線において中心静脈（central venous：CV）カテーテルや気管挿管チューブなど留置されたデバイス位置の確認は，基本的で重要な評価項目の1つである。多種類のデバイスが同時に留置されているような集中治療室入室患者においては特に重要である。留置されたデバイスの約10％に位置不良や合併症が生じるとされており^1），胸部X線での早期発見による合併症予防が望まれる。また合併症が生じた際には，原因であるデバイスの同定と留置位置の補正を行うことが，さらなる合併症の予防と病態改善のために必須である。

Chest radiograph is useful to check for the position and complications with lines and tubes. Lines or tubes misplacement occurs in about 10％ of cases and misplaced catheters can result in serious complications. The radiologist must be familiar with correct positioning in order to recognize complications related with the malposition and migration of these devices. In this article, we will review normal and abnormal finding and complications of these devices on the chest.
