は じ め に
麻痺を伴うことがまれでない外傷性頚椎疾患は若年者で近年減少傾向である一方，軽微な外傷による外傷性頚椎疾患は高齢者で増加傾向である1）．しかし，若年者と高齢者ではその傾向は異なると考えられる．本研究では，当院において頚椎固定術を施行した外傷性頚椎疾患に関して，若年者と比較した高齢者の傾向を調査したため報告する．
