は じ め に
長母指伸筋（EPL）腱皮下断裂の治療は固有示指伸筋（EIP）腱を用いた腱移行術が一般的である1,2）．術後の母指の良好な伸展と屈曲を獲得するためには，移行する腱との腱縫合の緊張決定が課題である．筆者はwide awake local anesthesia no tourniquet（WALANT）surgeryで手術を施行してきたので，その方法と術後成績を報告する．
