悪性Triton腫瘍（malignant Triton tumor：MTT）は，悪性末梢神経鞘腫瘍（malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumor：MPNST）に横紋筋分化を伴う腫瘍である．われわれは，神経線維腫症1型［Von Recklinghausen病（neurofibromatosis type 1：NF1）］に合併した胸壁MTTの1例を経験したので報告する．
