要旨
目的:看護学士課程教育の手術室実習における手術室看護師のための実習指導役割尺度を作成し,信頼性・妥当性を検証する.
方法:質的研究を元に尺度原案を作成し,手術室実習に関わる教員および手術室看護師に72項目5段階リッカート法で質問紙調査を行い,因子分析による構成概念妥当性,内的整合性による信頼性の検証を行った.
結果:有効回答は教員118名,手術室看護師168名であった.探索的因子分析を行った結果,7下位尺度34項目が抽出された.次に教員群,手術室看護師群それぞれで確認的因子分析を行った結果,教員/手術室看護師のモデル適合性は,CFI=.997/.980,RMSEA=.010/.029であった.また下位尺度のCronbachのα係数は,教員α=.768〜.884,手術室看護師α=.828〜.917であった.
考察:本尺度の信頼性と妥当性は統計学的に許容範囲内であることが確認された.
Objectives: To develop and validate scale for operating room nurses in providing instruction to undergraduate nursing students during practical training in the operating room, and to verify their reliability.
Methods: Draft scale was developed based on the results of a qualitative study that clarified the expected role of operating room nurses who provide guidance to students during practical training. A 72-item, 5-point Likert scale questionnaire-based survey was then distributed to teachers and operating room nurses involved in operating room practical training. Construct validity was verified through item analysis as well as exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, and reliability was verified through internal consistency.
Results: Valid responses were received from 118 teachers and 168 operating room nurses. As a result of item analysis and exploratory factor analysis for the teacher and operating room nurse groups, 34 items in 7 subcategories of the scale was extracted. The results of the confirmatory factor analysis for the teacher and operating room nurse groups showed that the goodness of fit of the teacher/operating room nurse model was CFI = .997/.980 and RMSEA = .010/.029. The Cronbach's alpha for the subcategories of the scale ranged from .768 to .884 for teachers and from .828 to .917 for operating room nurses.
Discussion: The reliability and validity of the scale was confirmed to be within a statistically acceptable range.
