本研究の目的は,糖尿病看護における実践能力育成のための評価指標を検証し,完成することである.自己評価として糖尿病看護認定看護師(研修生を含む)112名を,他者評価として実践を最もよく知っている上司や同僚ら83名を対象に評価指標をもとに作成した質問紙を用い,郵送法による調査を行った.①信頼性の検証には,実践的役割ごとにα係数を算出し内容妥当性を鑑み,実践的役割ごとに因子分析を行い,内部一貫性を解釈し削除項目を検討した.②妥当性の確認には,自己と他者ペアで評価の得られた対象者に対し,得点間のピアソンの積率相関係数を計算して収束的妥当性を確認し,自己評価の属性別実践能力平均値を比較し解釈した.自己評価用質問紙を96部回収,95部を有効回答(有効回収率84.8%),他者評価用質問紙を59部回収,56部を有効回答(有効回収率67.5%)とした.評価指標の信頼性と妥当性を検証した結果,糖尿病看護に従事する看護師対象の82項目からなる自己評価指標を,実践を最もよく知っている上司や同僚ら対象の49項目からなる他者評価指標を完成した.
The objectives of this study were to verify the practical ability of nurses in the diabetes care field, and to develop an evaluation index for nurturing practical ability of diabetes care nurses. Method: A questionnaire survey was conducted in the form of self-evaluation for 112 diabetes expert nurses, and of peer evaluation for 83 persons who know the nurses best, such as an immediate superior, a coworker, and so forth. Results: 95 (84.8%) of the self-evaluation forms and 56 (67.5%) of the peer evaluation forms were returned completed. Validity was computed using coefficient alpha to verify reliability of every practical role. Factor analysis was performed to estimate content validity. Internal consistency was evaluated, and items for possible deletion were examined. Lastly, Pearson'srwas calculated to assess the convergence validity between each item on the self- and peer evaluation forms, and the average practical ability values classified by attribute in the self-evaluation were compared and interpreted. As a result of verifying the validity and reliability of the evaluation index, the self-evaluation index, which consists of 82 items for diabetes nurses, and the peer evaluation index, which consists of 49 items, was completed.
