要旨：本研究の目的は，介護老人保健施設で介護職と連携したクライエント支援のプロセスを作業療法士の立場から明らかにすることである．12名の作業療法士を対象者としてインタビューを実施し，修正版グラウンデッド・セオリー・アプローチにて分析した．結果，16の概念，7のサブカテゴリーを生成し，【連携するための基礎を作る】，【知識と技術を共有する】，【作業療法士と介護職が共通認識を持ってクライエントを支援する】の3つのカテゴリーが生成された．そこから，一方通行でない，カテゴリー間やサブカテゴリー間，概念間を行き来する介護職と連携したクライエント支援のプロセスが明らかになった．

　This study clarified the process of client support in collaboration with caregivers at a geriatric health care facility from the perspective of occupational therapists. Twelve occupational therapists were interviewed, and their responses were analyzed using a modified grounded theory approach. As a result, 16 concepts and 7 subcategories were generated, and three categories were identified: [building a foundation for collaboration], [sharing knowledge and skills], and [occupational therapists and caregivers supporting clients with a common understanding]. The process of supporting clients in collaboration with caregivers, which is not a one-way process, but a process that moves back and forth between categories, subcategories, and concepts, was clarified.
