要旨:OT部門管理者のコンセンサスに基づきOT部門のリスクマネジメント(以下,RM)項目を検討した.Delphi法に準拠し,45名の管理者にコンセンサスの結果をフィードバックしながらRM32項目を作成した.32項目中,コミュニケーションに関する7項目とOT部門内のハード面の9項目はOT部門,職種間,病院全体のコミュニケーション及び協力,理解を必要とし,それ以外はOT部門構成員の能力の差を補い水準を確保する項目であった.RMの認識をリスク管理という個別療法のレベルから部門の水準を確保するシステムへと視野を広げ,安全な治療を行うための情報交換・コミュニケーションの体制による適切な管理・運営の確立が重要である.
The purpose of this study was to make a list of the Risk Management (RM) items for occupational therapy departments based on consensus of managerial staff of occupational therapy departments. This study was based on the Delphi Method and examined the consensus of 45 managerial staff. Furthermore, this study repeatedly offered feedback of the results for the participants and developed the list that contained 32 RM items. As a result, the vast majority were items related to communications and management of facilities and equipment within occupational therapy departments. These items proved to be especially needed communication skills within occupational therapy departments, between different professions and the whole of hospitals as well as related to cooperation between different professions. Other items related to how to compensate for ability gaps between occupational therapy department members and how to maintain high skill levels. It was suggested that the managerial staff of occupational therapy departments broaden the point of view of RM by offering therapy privately to the systems to maintain the standard at a high level. It also suggested the importance of establishing a system that exchanges information and communication and also establishes the appropriate management in order to offer the patients therapy safely.
