The concept of splinting with low-load prolonged stress for the contracture of soft tissues is beneficial. To correct both pronation and supination stiffness of both radio-ulnar joints, we provide a custom-made modified Collero-Abraham type splint. The splint, made by occupational therapists, can be easily adjusted to the patient's forearm to improve the range of motion. The materials are available thermoplastic and rubber band. It consists of two major parts : one is to keep the elbow joint 90 degrees with 4 rubber bands, and the other is a gutter splint with 4 hooks. The force should affect correcting pronation or supination of the forearm but should not affect inversion/eversion of the elbow joint and not the rotation of the distal wrist joint.
