精神科臨床における「心理人形劇」の試み—「垂れ流し」から「心の垣根の無い」ことの自覚へ

The use of experimental "psycho puppet drama" in clinical psychiatry: Moving from "blurting out every thought" to becoming aware of their "absence of mental filter"

要旨：筆者は主に精神分裂病者の集団作業療法において，患者自作の指人形を使用した即興劇・「心理人形劇」を行った．この技法の治療性について，症例を通して次の点が明らかになった．まず，「心の未消化物」の置場としての機能，そして，舞台空間で「遊ぶこと」に治療者が関わることにより，病者の内的空間の保持に援助できるということ，自由表現の中で，病者の健康的な側面と病理が浮かび上がり，それらに対する治療的操作が可能になるということである．そして「心理人形劇」におけるドラマの世界は，現実とファンタジーの中間の世界であり，両者を繋ぐ橋渡しが起きる移行的領域なのである．

　The author instructed a group chiefly comprised of schizophrenics to perform a "psycho puppet drama," an impromptu drama in which the patients manipulated hand puppets that they had made themselves. The case revealed the following concerning the therapeutic effects of the technique: its function as an arena for "revealing deeper feelings" ; The ability to help maintain the patient's private inner space through the involvement of a healer in "playing" onstage ; and the potential for therapeutic manipulation of the patient's adaptive aspects and pathology, which emerge while engaging in this type of free presentation. The world as drama represented by the "psycho puppet drama" presents a transitional area and forms a bridge between reality and fantasy.
