要旨：視覚的手がかり刺激の提示によって重度のpusher現象が軽減するか，また軽減した場合，手がかり刺激を除去した後にその効果が持ち越されるかについて，シングルケースデザインにて検討した．

　その結果，視覚的手がかり刺激の提示によってpusher現象が有意に軽減した．また，視覚的手がかり刺激提示による効果は，手がかり刺激の消去後も即時的に持ち越された．以上の結果から，重度のpusher現象を呈す症例において視覚的手がかり刺激の提示は有効であったと考えられた．

　We investigated the effectiveness of the visual prompt on two consecutive patients with severe pushing phenomenon. On one of the patients, we also examined if the effectiveness would last after removing the prompt.

　Our result suggests that the severe pushing phenomenon of both patients were improved by the training with the visual prompt, and that the effectiveness lasted for a short time after removing the prompt. We believe that the visual prompt is effective on patients with signs of severe pushing.
