精神分裂病者のソーシャルスキルの構造と関連要因についての検討

Estimation about structures of social skills and related factors of schizophrenic patients

要旨：精神分裂病者に作業療法を実施することがどのようなソーシャルスキルの改善・回復に有効であるかの検討をするための基礎として，ソーシャルスキルがどのような要素によって成り立ち，またどのような媒介要因と関連しているのかを，作業療法場面を媒介にして構造的に検討した．統計的検討の結果，内発的動機づけ・対処行動・自己効力感に関する特性と予後に影響すると考えられる生活史に関する11変数を独立変数に，ソーシャルスキルの関係開始に関する特性・関係維持に関する特性・自己主張に関する特性を目的変数とした関連図式が得られた．この結果から，ソーシャルスキルが複数の下位構造をもち，認知特性・生活史との関連によって規定されることが示唆された．

　The purpose of this study is to estimate, structurally, intrinsic characteristics and mediatory factors of social skills of schizophrenic patients by using occupational therapy. The results can contribute to the discussion of the improvement and recovery of social skills of schizophrenic patients. The statistical estimation showed some significant flow charts which indicated that independent variables are of intrinsic motivation, coping self-efficacy, and 11 life histories and dependent variables are of starting and maintaning personal relationships and of asserting oneself in the area of social skills. The result revealed that social skills have some lower structures and are consequently influenced by interaction among social skills, cognitive factors, and life histories.
