要旨：我々はネオプレーンを素材とし，立体裁断による作製法で適合性・装着感・外観に優れたスプリントを作製した．適応は手指，手関節，肘関節の疾患であり，疼痛を軽減し，装着部分を適切に保護する．ネオプレーンは耐久性・耐水性に優れ，清潔を保つことが可能である．厚さや表面の生地には種類があり，その選択によってスプリントの支持性・制動性などが調整できる．さらに補強が必要な場合の工夫も多様にあり，症例のニーズに応じた作製が可能である．また独自の作製法により個々の症例に対し適合性が高くなることから，仕事・家事・運動など活動時の使用にさらに適したものになったと考えられる．

　We manufacture neoprene splints that have superior adaptability, comfort, and appearance, using 3-dimensional cutting techniques.
