公共交通機関の利用練習の効果とその判定方法に関する作業療法士の認識─自由記載式アンケートの分析

Occupational therapists' recognition of the rehabilitative methods and effects of using public transportation : Analysis of free description-type questionnaires

要旨：作業療法士が感じている公共交通機関の利用練習の効果および評価の方法を自由記載のアンケートで調査した．公共交通機関の利用練習の効果の質問（以下，効果質問）はテキストマイニング手法により分析し，評価の方法についての質問（以下，評価質問）はKJ法的手法により分析した．効果質問の結果，共起関係にあるカテゴリは「生活，退院，外出，範囲」，「実際，練習，利用，動作，評価」のカテゴリが近距離にあった．評価質問の結果から，評価の客観性や内容に関するグループが示された．これらから，作業療法士が公共交通機関の利用練習の効果を認識し，その評価のポイントは存在するものの構成的・客観的評価がないことが明らかになった．

　This study attempted to clarify the effects and evaluation methods in rehabilitation of patients' use of public transportation through administering to occupational therapists free description-type questionnaires. The effects of using public transportation (effect questionnaire) were analyzed by text mining, and the evaluation method was analyzed by KJ method. The effect questionnaires revealed the following co-occurred categories :“life, discharge, going out, field”, “actual, exercise, use, action, and evaluation”. Results of the evaluation questionnaire revealed 6 aspects of objectivity or contents of evaluation. These results suggest that occupational therapists in clinical settings recognize the rehabilitative effects of using public transportation. Moreover, it was found that clinicians had some opinions on evaluating the effects, but they had no objective or constitutive evaluation method.
