回復期リハビリテーション病棟における公共交通機関の利用練習の実態調査

A survey of training conditions for the use of public transportation in a recovery rehabilitation unit

要旨：本研究の目的は，郵送でのアンケート調査から回復期リハビリテーション病棟における公共交通機関の利用練習のニーズを調査し，その実施状況，実施方法を明らかとすることである．結果として，ニーズが多くあると認識していた作業療法士は31.2％であったが，ニーズが多いとしながらも練習が行えていない病院はそのうち29.4％であった．練習を行えない理由には病院から駅やバス停までの距離が1つの要因であることが示唆された．さらに，練習の効果検討を行ってない病院は66.2％で，効果の検討が不十分であることが考えられた．今後，ニーズに見合ったサービスの適正供給への努力とエビデンス確立のための効果検証が必要である．

　The purpose of this study was to clarify the needs, state of implementation and implemental training method for the use of public transportation in recovery rehabilitation units through postal questionnaires. As a result, 31.2% of the respondents recognized that needs were high, while 29.4% who had high needs, couldn't actually utilize public transportation due, in part, to the distance from their hospital to the station or bus-stop. Moreover, 66.2% of the respondents didn't examine the effectiveness of the transportation. These results indicate that examining the effectiveness of the practice is insufficient. Therefore, it is necessary to endeavor to supply the appropriate level of rehabilitation depending on the needs of the patients, and to verify the effects of training in the use of public transportation so that data can be obtained for future research.
