「知的障害がある子どもを育てる母親の子育てエンパワメント質問票」の信頼性・妥当性の検討

Reliability and adequacy of the “Questionnaire on the empowerment of parental care of mothers who have a child with intellectual disability”

要旨：本研究の目的は，知的障害がある子どもを育てる母親の子育てエンパワメント（子育てに関わる内なる力の回復）を測定する尺度の開発である．183名の母親を分析対象にし，理論的に設定した16下位尺度を構成する35質問項目の信頼性・妥当性を検討した．回答の偏り，Cronbachのα係数，因子分析の結果に基づき，最終的に16質問項目を採用し，4下位尺度となった．再構成された尺度はα＝0.71（0.65～0.89）であり，十分な内的整合性が認められた．また，因子分析により4因子が抽出され，各下位尺度を構成する質問項目は，同一因子に対して0.40以上の因子負荷量を有しており，尺度は構成概念妥当性を確保していると判断された．

　This research aims to develop a scale to measure empowerment (inner force recovery related to parental care) of mothers who raise children with mental retardation. 183 mothers were surveyed, and the reliability and adequacy of 35 question items consisting of 16 theoretically-set subscales were studied. Based on the results of response bias, Cronbach's α factor and factor analyses, 16 items consisting of 4 subscales were conclusively adopted. Sufficient inner compliance was confirmed with the α for the re-constructed criteria being 0.71 (0.65-0.89). For factor analysis, four factors were selected. Items that constitute each subscale have more than 0.40 factor loading for the same factor, therefore the adequacy of this criteria is now ensured.
