はじめに
整形外科から血液内科へコンサルトされるケースとして，多発性骨髄腫や悪性リンパ腫（主にびまん性大細胞型B細胞性リンパ腫：DLBCL）の浸潤による病的骨折・溶骨性病変が多い．本稿では多発性骨髄腫と悪性リンパ腫（表 1）について概説し，実際の脊椎病変について紹介する．
