はじめに
片開き式椎弓形成術は，圧迫性頸髄症に対する有効な手術治療法として世界に広く普及している3）．一般的に，脊椎アライメントが前弯位で，不安定性がない症例にはよい適応である．逆に，術前のアライメントが後弯位の症例や，すべり症などの不安定性がある場合には，固定術を併用する．
