泌尿器科領域におけるLigaSureTMを用いた腹腔鏡下手術

Urological Laparoscopic Surgery using LigaSureTM

　内視鏡下手術での切開，剥離，結紮，止血，縫合などの処置は，開腹術よりも安全・迅速・確実であることが要求される。Electro-thermal bipolar vessel sealer（Liga Sure^TM：タイコヘルスケアジャパン社）を泌尿器科開放手術時に腎動脈，膀胱前立腺lateral pedicle，陰茎背静脈，性腺動静脈，精管，卵管，尿管の処置に使用して，安全性，確実性，迅速さを確認した．本器具は腹腔鏡下手術（腹腔鏡下副腎摘除術，腹腔鏡下腎摘除術）において，副腎静脈，腎動静脈の切断，副腎・腎・尿管周囲の剥離に有用であることを確認した．

Safety, speediness and reliability are more critical for procedures in laparoscopic surgery such as incision, ab-lation, ligation and hemostasis than for those in open surgery. We used an electro-thermal bipolar vessel sealer (LigaSure^TM, Valleylab) for cutting of the renal artery, vesicoprostatic lateral pedicles, dorsal veins of penis, gonadal arteries and veins, was deferens, fallopian tubes and ureters in urological open surgery to confirm its safety, reliability and speediness.
