婦人科疾患のなかで不妊症，子宮筋腫，子宮内膜症，卵巣嚢腫，子宮外妊娠などの良性疾患のほとんどは腹腔鏡下手術ないし子宮鏡下手術で実施されるようになった．したがって内視鏡下手術の教育とトレーニングが卒後研修に必須である．当科においては，腹腔鏡下手術の段階的教育をシステム化している．周辺機器や腹腔鏡下手術の原理の理解のうえに，止血操作，切開切断操作，縫合操作などの手術手技を段階的に修得する．術式は難易度により分類して，段階的に実地研修を行う．また，ブラックボックスや幼若ブタ術式シミュレーション・モデルによる教育を併用している．研修医の場合，開腹による手技の修得を踏むべきかという問題も生じている．
Education and training of endoscopic surgery is becoming increasingly important in gynecology as well as other surgical depertments because most gynecologic disorders such as infertility, uterine myoma, ovarian cyst, and ectopic pregnancy are being treated endoscopically. We have employed a step-wise education system rat-ing gynecologic laparoscopic surgeries for 4-5 levels.
