スポーツ選手に対する胸腔鏡下手術の経験

Video-assisted Thoracic Surgery in Sports Players

　スポーツ選手の2症例に胸腔鏡下手術を施行し，良好な成績を収めたので報告する．〔症例1〕は42歳のアーチェリー選手．増大傾向を有する右巨大気腫性肺嚢胞に対し，胸腔鏡補助下ミニ開胸にてNaclerio-Langer法を施行した．術後40日より競技に復帰し，その後は東日本大会3位入賞などの優秀な成績を収めた．〔症例2〕は27歳のプロフェッショナルのサッカー選手（ゴールキーパー）．開幕の7週間前に左自然気胸が再発し，ドレナージ治療も無効のため，3孔式の胸腔鏡下左肺部分切除術を施行した．術後15日より開幕前の合宿に参加し，開幕後はレギュラーとして公式戦で活躍した．

Two cases of sports players who underwent video-assisted thoracic surgery (VATS) were reported. The first case was a 42-year-old male and one of the top archers in the prefecture. For his progressive giant emphysematous bulla, we performed VATS with Naclerio-Langer's method. He returned to archery compe-tition on postoperative day 40 and won a third prize in the east Japan area 6 months after operation. The second case was a 27-year-old male and professional football player (goal keeper). He was admitted to the hospital becouse of recurrent pneumothorax 7 weeks before the opening game.
