Intra, and Post Operative Complications: Literature Review

　腹腔鏡下における手術はめざましい発展を遂げており，その適応はさらに拡大し，最近では肝疾患に対しても腹腔鏡下に手術が行われるようになった．そこで本稿では，その術中・術後合併症について検討するにあたり，その実態を把握するため，過去の報告例を文献的に集計した．集計は肝切除（29例），マイクロ波凝固療法（68例），肝嚢胞開窓術（110例）の3手技について検索した．死亡例は1例もなかったが，出血，気胸，腹水などが比較的多く認められた，また，術中ガス塞栓（肺塞栓）1例や門脈枝損傷1例など腹腔鏡下肝手術に特有な合併症もみられた．注意すべき合併症として，ガス塞栓症，出血，胆汁漏，転移などを挙げ，それらの概要と対策について述べる．

Laparoscopic surgery has undergone remarkable development in the past few years. Their indications have expanded ever further, and recently, laparoscopic surgery has even come to be performed on liver disease. Accordingly, in assessing intraoperative and postoperative complications in this paper, we have tabulated past case reports in the literature in order to determine the current situation. Three procedures were investigated in the tabulation, liver resection (29 cases), microwave coagulotherapy (68 cases), and hepatic cyst fenestration (110 cases).
