A web-based anonymous questionnaire was distributed to all 1,495 employees at Hospital A. 725 employees participated, then the data from 632 were analyzed. The questionnaire included demographic items and three scales measuring perceptions of interprofessional collaboration, collaborative leadership, and organizational learning. Through quantitative analysis, this study demonstrated the potential mediating effects of collaborative leadership on organizational learning and interprofessional collaboration. It also showed that there were differences in perceptions between nurses in intensive care units and nurses in general wards in a number of respects.
