 The on-line program of multiple choice questions was originally developed to press a student's self learning, being indicated in the previous paper. The purpose of this paper is to explore the student's satisfaction and utilizing method. The data were gathered by an unsigned questionnaire survey. Of the 119 nursing students who attended the biochemistry course. 73% filled out the questionnaire.

 The results are as follows. (1) Many students (78%) want to utilize the software in the future. (2) Almost all students answered that the software has been instructive to the learning. (3) Approximatelv 70% of students preferred that the results of the exercise (self learning problem being presented by the software) are assessed as a part of the course record. However, such treatment would include a delicate problem because a few students seem to have some unfair or dissatisfied feeling.

 How to approach the exercise is important for self learning. (4) Although many students tackle the exercise squarely, they are not all. This is supposed to come from the learning environment of on-line software, which is not restricted by time, place and learning attitudes. (5) Approximately 65% of the students are looking back where to yield mistake. (6) The students exceeded 80% have challenged to the exercise with enjoyment.

 On the basis of these responses, it is concluded that the exercise using the software has been welcomed by almost all students. After the survey, we have added a further modification to the program in order to do the student's satisfaction better.
