障害者権利条約の特徴的な概念
「障害者の権利に関する条約」（以下，障害者権利条約とする）が国連総会で2006年に採択されて以来，日本政府は国内法の整備を中心に行うことを進め，その結果，政府は障害者権利条約批准の基盤が整ったと判断し，2014年1月に国連で条約に批准し，2014年2月から国内で発効した．
障害者権利条約の全体構成は，前文と本文50か条から構成されている．障害の考え方，「合理的配慮」などの用語の定義に障害者権利条約の特徴が強く示されていることから，ここでは，それに関連する条文（以下，条文は政府公定訳による）を取り上げる．
