欧米諸国における予防接種のrecommendation制定に関与する専門家委員会(NITAGs)の様子を，特にワクチン政策と開発を中心に紹介する．健全な政策決定機関と開発関係施設(企業など)の連携により，多くの子どもたちが安価で安全性の高いワクチンを接種することができ，疾患から守られている．

This paper introduces the National Immunization Technical Advisory Groups (NITAGs) for immunization in US and European countries, particularly on the relationship between policy development process and pharmaceutical companies.
