DNAマイクロアレイとQuantitative Real-Time PCRにより，胎児由来細胞であるヒト羊膜上皮細胞でダイオキシンにより誘導される遺伝子を検索した．ダイオキシンの標的遺伝子として知られているCYP1A1とCYP1B1とともに，インターフェロン誘導性遺伝子の発現量の増加が認められ，今回の方法は，ヒトの胎児胎盤系へのダイオキシンの作用を探索する上で有用と思われる．
