学生B：カルテに名前をサインしてよろしいですか．
アンダーソン：駄目です，事故の際に責任がとれませんから．直接の上司の許可でサインしてもよろしいんですが，必ず上司にそれに認めのサインをしてもらってください．
Student B: Can we sign our name on the chart？
Mr. Anderson: No, you may not because you cannot take legal responsibility in case of an accidernt. You may sign your name with permission of your direct senior staff, but please be sure to have your signature countersigned by the senior PT.
