臨床実習（PT）

Clinical Affiliation (PT) 1.

アンダーソン：PT科長のアンダーソンです．私としては皆様を心から歓迎しますし病院を代表して貴方のここでの実習が将来PTとしての活躍に有益で価値あることを望みます．はじめに私の片腕2人ブルーベーカー君とケネディさんを紹介します．6ヵ月で6人の学生実習ですので3人をブルーベーカー君に，3人をケネディさんに頼みます．彼は脳血管障害及び循環器疾患に関しては素晴らしい教師ですし，彼女は整形外科的疾患を多く手がけてきています．実習を2つの期間にわけて3ヵ月の訓練ののち，それぞれスーパーバイザーが交代します．ブルーベーカー君とケネディさんが貴方達各々に上司のPTを係にしてその人達が毎日のプログラムの責任を持ちます．もちろん私も全体的にみて行きますが問題がある場合，はじめに直接の上司と相談して下さい．

Mr. Anderson：I'm Mr.Andeason, Director of Physical Therapy； I would like to welcome you personally and on behalf of the hospital I hope your affiliation here would be useful and worthwhile for your future career as a physical therapist. First, I would like to have you meet my two assistants, Mr. Brubaker and Miss Kennedy. We have 6 students for the next 6 months, therefore we have assigned three of you to Mr.Brubaker and the other three to Miss Kennedy. Mr.Brubaker is an excellent teacher in handling cerebrovascular and cardiovascular cases and Miss kennedy has worked many years with various orthopedic cases. We would like to devide your affiliation into two terms, each consisting of three months, meaning your supervisor will change after three months of training. Mr.Brubaker and Miss Kennedy will assign each of you to senior therapists who would be responsible for your daily program. Of course I will check into the overall program, but if you run into various problems, please consult with your senior therapist first. If your senior feels necessary he or she will consult with either Mr.Brubaker or Miss Kennedy depending on which group you belong to；and they will consult with me.
