頸部に発生したextra-abdominal desmoid tumorの1例

Extra-abdominal Desmoid Tumor in the Neck

I．はじめに

　extra-abdominal desmoid tumor（以下EADTと略す）は腹壁以外の筋肉や筋腱膜より発生する線維性軟部腫瘍であり，aggressive fibromatosisとも呼ばれ，その局所浸潤性と再発を繰り返すことから近年注目を集め，本邦での報告例も増加している。

　今回われわれは16歳男性の頸部に発生した1例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察とともに報告する。

　We reported a 16-year-old man with a desmoid tumor in the right lateral neck which was surgically removed.

　Extra-abdominal desmoid tumor has a tendency to invade the surrounding tissue and to recur locally. It was emphasized that the differential diagnosis from other neck tumor is necessary and the therapy of choice is surgical removal.

　Twentyseven cases of extra-abdominal desmoid tumor of the head and neck which have been reported in Japan arc discussed.
