I.緒言
今回われわれは声門を通過できず下気管支鏡法で抽出した歯牙気管支異物症例を経験したので,教室の過去10年問の気管・気管支異物の統計とあわせてここに報告する。
A 7-year-old child with a tooth as a foreign body in the left bronchus was reported. Being difficult to remove, the inferior bronchoscopy with a hard ventilating bronchoscope through the orifice of tracheostomy was performed successfully to remove the foreign body.
We emphasized that physicians should doubt a foreign body in a case of prolonged symptoms of air passage. From our statistical observations, children under two years of age with nuts as foreign bodies lodged in air passage developed many problems such as timeconsuming procedure, repeated bronchoscopy, and severe complications after bronchoscopy.
