気管支義歯異物の1症例

Artificial Tooth as a Foreign Body in the Bronchus : A Case Report

I．はじめに

　歯科に関連のある気道および食道異物のうち，食道の義歯異物は比較的多く経験されるが，気道の義歯異物はきわめて稀である。筆者らは労働災害患者における気管支義歯異物の1症例を経験したので，若干の考察を加えて報告する．

　A rare case of artificial tooth as a dancing foreign body accidentally aspirated in the bronchus in a 49-year-old male was reported.

　Fifteen cases of foreign bodies of dental origin were found in the Japanese literature in the last four years, and iatrogenic foreign bodies were discussed.
