A 51-year-old housewife had vertigcnous attack one month prior to admission. Neurotological examinations revealed lateral gaze nystagmus and oblique nystagmus in Frenzel glasses. Her oculomotor system and caloric nystagmus response were normal. Computed tomography revealed a high density area in the left cerebellopontine angle. From characteristic findings of the vertebrobasilar angiography, she was diagnosed as having cerebellar venous angioma. Etiology and property of venous angioma were discussed.
