Dubowitz症候群と思われる1症例

Dubowitz Syndrome: Report of a Case

I．はじめに

　1965年，Dubowitzは^1），特徴的な顔貌に加え，子宮内発育不金，小頭症，湿疹，精神発達遅滞を有する18ヵ月の女児例を発表し，同様な症例が現在までにDubowitz症候群（以下D症候群と略）として11例報告されている。われわれはD症候群と思われる1例を経験したので報告し，文献的考察を加える。

　Dubowitz syndrome is characterized by peculiar face, high pitched voice, intrauterine growth retardation, microcephalus, eczematous dermatitis and mental retardation.

　Three male and eight female patients had been reported in the literature. A six-year-old boy with Dubowitz, syndrome showed all characteristics as written above, and cleft lip and palate which had already been repaired, and bilateral otitis media with eflusion.
