声帯麻痺症例の臨床的考察

Clinical Observation of Vocal Cord Paralysis

　I．緒言

　日常臨床で稀少ではあるが経験する声帯麻痺症例について臨床的考察を行った。昭和53〜54年（1978〜1979）の2年間に当院当科を受診した27例を対象とした。

　Twenty-seven cases of vocal cord paralysis observed during a period of two years of 1978 and 1979 were clinically analysed.

　The authors concluded that the inquiry into the origin is of utmost importance in the clinical management of the patients with vocal cord palsy.
