心因性失声症に対する新治療法—遷延例に対する全身麻酔の応用

New Treatment of Psychogenic Aphonia with General Anesthesia and Suggestion to Patients

　I．はじめに

　心因性失声症は頻度は多くないが，日常臨床で治療に困難を感じる疾患である。今回筆者らは，短期間に2例の心因性失声症を経験し，その治療に全身麻酔を併用した暗示療法を試み良好な結果を得たので，その大要を発表しご批判を仰ぎたいと思う。

　Two cases of psychogenic aphonia, resisted against any other therapies, were treated with general anesthesia and suggestion. The patients were told that some organic disorder prevent them from producing voice, and after they were convinced of it, under general anesthesia, laryngomicroscopic examination was performed to exclude any organic disease of the vocal cords. Next day, both patients rehabilitated normal voice.
