4例の頭頸部悪性腫瘍—アスピリンエステラーゼとフィブリノーゲンについて

Aspirinesterase and Fibrinogen of Head and Neck Tumors

　I．はじめに

　頭頸部悪性腫瘍の治療に対して最も信頼のおける診断法は血液検査ではなく，組織診である。治療過程においても同様であるが，患者の負担を少なくするため，筆者らは腫瘍の消長に対してより鋭敏に，また全身状態をより的確に掌握する血液検査がないものかと今まで種々検討を加えてきた。

　筆者らは特にアスピリンエステラーゼとフィブリノーゲンに着目し種々の検討を行っているが，今回，経過良好例，不良例各2例の頭頸部悪性腫瘍例をとりあげ，若干の検討を加えたので報告する。

　Aspirinesterase and fibrinogen were examined in four cases of head and neck tumors. The following results were obtained.

　1) Aspirinesterase revealed disturbance of liver function.

　2) Aspirinesterase was more sensitive than cholinesterase.

　3) Aspirinesterase increased when malignant tumor existed, but it showed the normal value when no tumor existed.

　4) Fibrinogen increased when malignant tumor existed, but it was apt to decrease before the patients' death.
