家庭環境による心因性失声の1症例

A Case of Psychogenic Aphonia Induced by Family Disarrangement

　はじめに

　心因性失声は，器質的病変のない機能性音声障害で転換性障害（いわゆるヒステリー）と言われており，その治療は音声の再獲得とともに患者への心理面への配慮が必要である。最近，家庭環境が原因で発症したと思われ，家族療法的考察が発症機序解明に有効だった症例を経験したので報告する。

A 15-year-old female developed aphonia for the first time when she was 5 or 6 years old. She had recurrent aphonia since. She lived with her mother and a 12-year-old sister. Her parents had divorced because of her father's alcoholism.

Her aphonia was investigated from a standpoint of view of family therapy.
