重複食道異物の4例

MULTIPLE FOREIGN BODIES IN THE ESOPHAGUS, REPORT OF 4 CASES

　I．はじめに

　食道異物は最近減少の傾向にあるとは言え，われわれ耳鼻科医が時々経験し，その摘出は多くの場合，われわれに委ねられている。

　食道異物の種類の中では貨幣異物が多く，ほとんどが単一のものであり，それが重複して介在する場合は比較的稀であると言われている。われわれは最近重複貨幣異物例（100円硬貨2枚，50円硬化2枚計4枚）を経験したのでこれを報告し，さらに過去10年間の重複異物3例とともに若干の文献的検討を加えて報告する。

　Four cases of multiple foreign bodies of the esophagus (coins) in the past 10 years were reported.

　In a 8 year-old-girl, 4 coins located just below the first physiological stenotic area of the esophagus. These coins were removed under general anesthesia.

　The diagnosis of the foreign bodies were made by x-ray examination, especially lateral view of the cervical esophagus.

　Three cases of multiple foreign bodies found in our clinic were also reviewed.
