非定型的所見を示した聴神経腫瘍例

ATYPICAL CASES OF ACOUSTIC NEURINOMA

　I．はじめに

　聴神経腫瘍（以下A．T．と略す）は早期より種種の耳科的症状を示し，またその数も多い（脳腫瘍の約10％）ので，耳鼻科医には親近感がもてる疾患であるとともに早期診断に果す役割りも大きいといえる。近年，神経耳科学の進歩に伴つてA．T．の早期診断基準が確立され，それによる治療成功例も数を増してきている。このたびわれわれは従来行なわれてきた，一般神経学的検索，ならびに前庭平衡機能検査において，非定型的検査所見を示した興味ある一症例と長期間に渡り聴力変動をくりかえし，その経過から経過観察の重要性を学んだ一症例を報告する。

　Two cases of atypical acoustic neurinoma were reported. One case showed atypical neurootological findings in which good vestibular response in caloric test was recognized and spontaneous nystagmus to the diseased side was present.

　The second one showed the interesting clinical course.

　The patient was first diagnosed as sudden deafness and responded to medical treatment but in the next three years this symptom fluctuated.
