電気味覚検査における基礎的諸問題と大きさ平衡試験

SOME BASIC PROBLEMS AND BALANCE TEST IN ELECTROGUSTOMETRY

　I．はじめに

　電気味覚検査に際し，（1）刺激時間（電気刺激の長さ）はどれくらいが必要か，（2）刺激間隔（次の刺激を与えるまでの間隔）はどれくらいが必要か，（3）刺激時間差（左右差の検査をする場合，どれくらいの時間差をおいて，他側を検査すべきか）はどれくらいが必要かという問題は，日常の検査において重要な基礎的問題である。そこで，まずこれらの問題について検討し，（4）正常者の場合，域値上検査の1つである大きさ平衡試験はどの様な型をとるかについても検討したので報告する。

　Twenty-eight normal young subjects were examined by electrogustometer TR II with the circular steel electrode of 5 mm in diameter. The results were as follows ;

　1. The shortest stimulus duration that produced the lowest threshold was 500 msec.

　2. The stimulus interval necessary to discriminate the independency and intensity of 5 interrupted stimulations at one side of the tongue was 1500 msec.

　3. The stimulus difference necessary to differentiate taste sensations between both sides of the tongue was more than 100 msec.

　4. In balance test at two sides of the tongue, each suprathreshold level was parallel within 2dB of the minimum difference limen.
