扼頸，転倒後に一側性高度感音難聴をきたした1例

UNILATERAL TOTAL HEARING LOSS AFTER BEING CHOKED AND FALLING DOWN, REPORT OF A CASE

　I．緒言

　背後から首を締められて意識を消失し，転倒して側頭部を強く打撲した後に一側の高度難聴をきたした1例を経験したのでその難聴の原因について考察しここに報告する。

　An eighteen years old boy had lost his consciousness after being strangled his neck by his friend during play. He fell down and struck his head at the occipital region on a floor, he developed severe deafness in his left ear and vestibular disturbance.

　The possible causes of his severe deafness were discussed from the following three points.

　1) Transverse fracture of the temporal bone.

　2) Disturbance of the inner ear circulation.

　3) Sudden Deafness.
