反復性聴力障害の臨床的観察—Amidotrizoateの使用例より

CLINICAI, OBSERVATION OF REPETITIVE PERCEPTIVE DEAFNESS: THE EFFECT OF AMIDOTRIZOATE ADMINISTRATION

　I．はじめに

　反復性に変動をくり返す感音性難聴の本態についての病態生理の詳細は不明であり，的確な治療法も未解決であるといつて過言ではない。本症に76％アミドトリゾエート（Amidotrizoate）の少量を静注し，著効を得たのでその概要を述べてみたい。

　The author experienced a considerable improvement of hearing in 4 cases of repetitive perceptive deafness through intravenous administration of 76% amidotrizoate in 1 to 3 ml doses.

　A definite physiological action of this agent is still unlear, but it appears to effect the vascular walls of the minute vessels of the inner ear causing a change in their pinocytosis.

　Technically the present treatment is quite simple and it could be easily administered in the outpatient department.
