上気道のサルコイドーシス1例

SARCOIDOSIS OF THE UPPER RESPIRATORY TRACT

　I．緒言

　sarcoidosisは肺，全身のリンパ節，眼，皮膚，唾液腺，骨，下垂体，その他の組織に類上皮細胞を主体とする肉芽腫を生じる原因不明のsystemic diseaseである。臨床的ならびに剖検例の検討により，鼻，咽頭，喉頭などに高率に病変がみられることより，近年耳鼻科領域においても注目されてきている。

　最近当科において全身のリンパ節腫脹，肺門リンパ節腫脹，ブドウ膜炎，微熱を伴い，上咽頭肉芽腫，鼻症状，扁桃腺肥大を生じ，諸検査の結果sarcoidosisと診断された1例を経験したのでここに報告する。

　A man, aged 20, complained of the swelling of lymph nodes, nasal blockage and fever. Examination showed multiple lesions in the epipharynx, nose, tonsils, eyes, liver, spleen and various lymph nodes. Histopathological examination revealed the presence of epithelioid cell tubercles with giant cells and necrotic areas. The diagnosis of sarcoidosis was made.

　The patient was treated with prednisolone with a remission.
