鼻神経膠腫の1症例

NASAL GLIOMA

　脳腫瘍の頭蓋外転移ではなく，神経膠細胞集団が脳以外の部位に存在することが稀にある。1900年Schmidt^12）は外鼻に発生した先天性異所性神経膠細胞塊を鼻神経膠腫と名付けた。

　1969年Vistnesら^17）け外鼻および内鼻に生じた鼻神経膠腫の過去の報告を整理して約90例を数えた。最近われわれは，この鼻神経膠腫とほぼ同一と思われる臨床症状および組織所見を示した鼻根部の腫瘤の症例を経験したので，いささかの文献的考察を加えて報告する。

　A case of a congenital tumor which consisted of heterotopic tissues of the central nervous system, at the nasal root of 9 month old male infant, is reported.

　A brief discussion of the clinical manifestation, etiology and management of the lesion is made.
